A locked business on the 400 block of Half Day Road was entered without using force Tuesday and $400 was stolen from the cash drawer.
An unlocked vehicle on the 700 block of Aspen Drive was entered Sept. 23, but the offender was scared away by the owner before taking anything.
A woman’s purse was stolen from a business on the 1100 block of McHenry Road on Sept. 24.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE
Young boys are suspected of punching holes in walls and causing burn marks Sept. 23 in an apartment complex on the 100 block of Buffalo Grove Road.
Two car windows were shattered Sept. 24 on the 400 block of Throndale Drive, causing an estimated $2,000 in damage.
