“I bought my policy on line .. I adjusted the excess to 0 voluntary excess on line and when I received my email confirmation and policy overview it shows 0 voluntary excesss. BEWARE when the documents arrived in the post the voluntary excess was £400 … + £150 complusory. Read the small print, check the excesses. Not helpful at all, don’t use this company .. unprofessional and despite the error they would not amend as if you click on T&C’s then ONLY there does it really show the true voluntary excess!”
